Owner and Principal Attorney

I am the Owner and Principal Attorney of Paden Legal Services.

My professional background spans more than 20 years in the healthcare industry, where I served in roles across Compliance, Medical Staff Services, Behavioral Health, Human Resources, and Finance. This experience has shaped the way I practice law—placing clients at the center of every decision, much like patients are in healthcare. I genuinely enjoy helping clients navigate complex situations and developing practical, effective solutions tailored to their needs.

I graduated Cum Laude from Upper Iowa University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and later earned my Juris Doctor, also Cum Laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, along with a Certificate in Health Law.
